This wonderful, buttery roast is served at Merchant's Restaurant on their french dip..we serve it on the farm as a Sunday Roast. EASY recipe: Rub with olive oil, salt and pepper rub(I'll include this rub in your order) preheat oven 500 degrees cook roast for 15-20 minutes turn oven off. Leave roast in oven for 45 minutes. Take out let roast set for 15 minutes..slice thin or thick. It is wonderful!
