Buttercup is a fresh cheese inspired by Wisconsin brick cheese that they learned to make while studying with master WI makers. I describe it as the ultimate melting cheese with the creaminess of monterey jack and the tanginess of cheddar. Easy going and snackable. Pasteurized cows milk.
