Feta Dip for Radishes!

We’ve got lots of juicy, spicy radish goodness this week, and this dip is a great accompaniment!

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons pine nuts
1 1/2 cups crumbled feta (about 7 oz.)
1/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest.
Heat oil in a small skillet over medium-high heat. Add pine nuts and stir until nuts are golden, 2–3 minutes. Let cool completely.
Purée feta, milk, sour cream, dill, garlic, and lemon zest in a food processor until smooth. Scrape dip into a bowl. Scatter pine nuts over, drizzling with any oil from skillet. Serve with radishes for dipping.

Hello!

We have two more weeks of deliveries before Christmas. We will be taking off the Wednesday of December 28th, and hope to resume deliveries on Wednesday January 4th. This start up date for the new year is weather dependent! Although we always intend to deliver year round, the weather determines a lot of what we can pull off. If it is too cold or hazardous driving conditions we will not be delivering. Also, crop availability affects our order schedule. If our vegetable selection gets low, we then may switch to an every other week schedule. THat way you can still stock up on eggs and meats , and get your available veggies.

Also, any graphic designers out there? We are interested in updating our logo, and wondering if any customers would be willing to do the work in trade for credit in your account! Please email John or Tally if so!

Bear Creek Farm has a special this week! The freshly butchered sirloin steaks are buy one, get one free!
