Market News

Hello!

We’ve got a great selection of veggies this week! Rocky Glade Farm has lots of big beautiful broccoli this week- that cool stretch really treated it well! Broccoli is great raw, roasted, steamed, in soups or casseroles- really delicious and versatile! So stock up this week and get creative with your cooking!

We are also happy to have a big offering of oyster mushrooms from our long-time Amish farmer, Abraham Hershberger. His family has been working on their mushroom production for a few years now and have a beautiful crop in this week!

In addition to lots of other scrumptious greens, we’ve got all kinds of winter squash varieties for you to try!

The Bloomy Rind is back with us this week, so check out their selection of artisanal cheese.

As summer winds down and the seasons change, keep in mind that we have no plans to slow down!! Fall crops are coming in strong and fast, and are just as plentiful and diverse as summer ones! Heading into winter, we will still have a great selection of veggies for you, although of course limited to those cold hardy crops. We plan on growing a selling year round ! So stick with us through all the seasons, and keep
Us as your access to fresh local veggies, healthy meats and eggs, and a full selection of other artisanal items!

Thanks so much for doing your local food purchasing with us. We love our customers, and we really appreciate your support!

See you Wednesday!
