Pig & Leaf is a family farm, specializing in craft pork, artisanal salad crops, speciality cut flowers and a cookery. We provide wholesome nutrient dense cuisine for home chefs and restaurateurs alike. Pig & Leaf’s craft pork operation offers some of the most delicious and finely marbled meat you can find, the perfect choice for any pork connoisseur. Our artisanal salad operation offers a rainbow of (soil grown) microgreens, head lettuce, mesclun, stir fry greens, edible flowers, garnishes and various specialty veggies to make your eating experience truly magical. The speciality flower operation offers florists and retail customers sustainably grown bouquets and buckets of blooms. The cookery provides whole hog catering. Pig and Leaf practices ecological agriculture using permaculture, agroforestry, agroecology, and bionutrient farming to provide the highest quality products, all while regenerating land and healing community. No synthetic pesticides, fungicides, fertilizers or GMO’s are used. Pig & Leaf Farm is owned and operated by the folks at Spiral Ridge Permaculture, Cliff Davis and Jennifer Albanese. They live off-grid in a natural home, with their children, in Summertown, TN.
