Strawberry Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette

Serves: 4

2 cups salad greens      View Available Products
1 quart strawberries
2 tablespoons mint, finely chopped
1/4 red onion, sliced
1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped
2 ounces olive oil
3 ounces balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
freshly ground black pepper

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Combine greens, strawberries, mint, onion, and pecans.
  2. In a small bowl or jar, combine oil, vinegar, and sugar. Taste and adjust to your likes, and add salt and pepper.
  3. Combine dressing with salad as desired.
