Kohlrabi Sauteed with Onions and Cream

Ingredients
1
white onion, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon
unsalted butter
1 splash
heavy cream
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 pinch
nutmeg
Step by Step Instructions
- Cook cubes of kohlrabi and sliced onion in the butter over medium high heat until almost tender.
- Stir in kohlrabi leaves, and cook until wilted.
- Add a splash of heavy cream, and cook for a few seconds to reduce.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
