Is fresh turmeric root from Rocky Glade Farm. This herb is said to fight inflammation and is delicious as well. Hot tea season is upon us, and we have some soothing organically grown lemon balm dried tea from Tirnbull Creek Farm.
We’ve got lots of great salad fixings ! Enjoy the Fall lettuces in lots of different varieties and stock up on carrots – the perfect snack!
