Hello!

It is hard to believe we are in the second week of December, that Hanukkah begins tomorrow, and that Christmas is not long after! Especially because we STILL have this amazing selection of veggies for you – what great farmers we have in this Middle Tennessee area! Seriously, we and the other local farmers we work with have learned so much in only the past few years about season extension and how to get the diversity and quality of cold hardy crops we have now. It used to be Thanksgiving marked the end of vegetable availability, except for a few greens and storage crops. But this week we have over 40 varieties of vegetables available!

This is the week to sign up for the Holiday Wreath Making Workshop on Tally’s farm in Bon Aqua, on Saturday, December 12th from 12 – 4:00. You can read about the day, reserve a spot, and pay on the Market page under “Workshops and Classes”. Please email Tally if you have any questions!

As we are heading into the gift giving season, please note we have Fresh Harvest Gift Certificates available! These are a great way to entice your friends and neighbors to try out our services, or perhaps you have family members who already buy from us regularly and would love some money in their account! We also have other gift ideas available, such as honey, toasted nuts, Little Seed Farm soaps, and toffee!

Our schedule for the holidays is as follows: We will NOT be delivering on December 23rd or on December 30th. Weather permitting, we will be back to business on January 6th. Consider stocking up on items such as frozen meats, eggs, sweet potatoes and other root items, and hearty greens that will last a good while in your fridge!

PLEASE BRING US BACK YOUR BAGS!!! WE ARE GETTING LOW!!!
